Is KIND Summer Fair an all-ages Event?No, all events throughout KIND Cannabis Week are 19+, including KIND Summer Fair, KIND Gardens and KIND Golf Invitational.

What can I bring to KIND Summer Fair?Cannabis (as per provincial regulations, no more than 30g per attendee is permitted) One empty plastic or reusable water bottle (water fountains on site) Small backpacks, bags/purses (all bags will be searched upon entry) Sunscreen Cameras

What is KIND Summer Fair's Cannabis Policy?KIND Summer Fair is obviously cannabis friendly. Do not drive under the influence of cannabis and please consume responsibly. Guests attending KIND Summer Fair may bring in and consume cannabis or cannabis accessories subject to the following policy: - Guests must be at least 19 years of age to possess and consumer cannabis - Cannabis is for personal use only and the sale of cannabis is strictly prohibited. Venue staff will remove anyone who sells or purchases cannabis and will report such activity to the authorities. - As per AGCO policy, guests will only be permitted to enter with no more than 30g, subject to any documented medical allowances - Upon entry, guests must make security aware that they are bringing cannabis or cannabis accessories into the venue for inspection - Any cannabis and cannabis accessories brought into the venue must be in an un-opened, sealed government approved container. If any government approved product has been opened, it must be stored in a sealed plastic see-through container (eg. Tupperware or Ziploc bag) which allows security to directly inspect the cannabis and cannabis accessories, ensuring no more than legal limit is being brought into the venue. - No glass container or glass cannabis accessory will be permitted at any time - The smoking of any cannabis products is permitted within designated consumption areas only. These areas will be clearly marked and will have a 9metre perimeter around it, a safe distance from those not within the consumption zone. - Venue staff will remove guests who overuse or overconsume any intoxicant, including cannabis.

What if it rains?While we hope for nothing but sunshine, KIND Summer Fair and KIND Golf Invitational will proceed rain or shine. Severe weather conditions including lightning or high winds could temporarily suspend programming.

Can anyone buy a ticket to KIND Gardens?No, KIND Gardens programming is exclusively for Budtenders and Retailers. You will be asked for your CANNSELL number and proof of employment via a paystub at the door. You must show up by 11:20am for KIND Gardens.

How can I get to KIND Summer Fair?KIND Summer Fair is taking place at Cabana Pool Bar (10 Polson St. Toronto) Please note there is major construction going on in the area and parking is limited. We encourage you to take advantage of our busses back to Union Station following the event for a responsible ride home, so would encourage using public transportation to arrive.

What food and drink is available on site?We have 5 food vendors on site (La Palma, Ricks Good Eats, Funnel Cake Express, Canada Cone, Los Vietnamita Taqueria and Saucy Affairs) along with a number of beverage options. Make sure you visit all of the brand activations as many will have food and non-infused beverages available at no charge. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the 3 on-site bars.

Is KIND Summer Fair accessible?Yes, Cabana Pool Bar is accessible to person(s) with disabilities.

Is there anywhere for my things?Yes, there are lockers you can pay for on site to safely store your personal belongings.

How much are tickets to KIND Summer Fair?KIND Summer Fair tickets are $25 using the code ‘BEKIND’ until 420. Tickets will be $42 thereafter + taxes and service fees. KIND Gardens tickets are $35, which includes VIP entrance to KIND Summer Fair.

I am a budtender and purchased a KIND Gardens ticket, can I get into Summer Fair?Yes, if you are a budtender and are attending KIND Gardens, that ticket gets you access into KIND Summer Fair.

COVID-19We will be following the latest provincial guidelines when it comes to COVID-19 protocols. Currently, we are planning for 100% capacity and vaccination will not be required to enter.
